Extremely Disappointed with Lenzi and MikeI recently had the displeasure of interacting with Lenzi and Mike from Booker Cash & Carry, and I must say that the experience left me extremely dissatisfied. Their unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills were beyond disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter.Firstly, their attitude was nothing short of abysmal. Lenzi and Mike displayed a complete lack of respect and empathy towards customers. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and appeared more focused on their own conversations and personal affairs. It was evident that providing quality service was not a priority for them.Furthermore, their knowledge and expertise in the products they were supposed to be assisting me with were shockingly inadequate. When I asked them basic questions about certain items, they seemed clueless and unprepared, as if they had never bothered to familiarize themselves with the products they were selling. Their lack of product knowledge made it impossible for me to make informed decisions.Additionally, the level of unprofessionalism demonstrated by Lenzi and Mike was simply unacceptable. They spoke rudely to both me and other customers, showing a complete disregard for basic manners and courtesy. Their behavior left me feeling frustrated and disrespected, as if I was inconveniencing them by seeking assistance in their establishment.Lastly, the overall lack of attention to cleanliness and organization in the store was astounding. The shelves were haphazardly stocked, making it difficult to locate the items I needed. Lenzi and Mike seemed unconcerned about the state of the store and made no effort to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.In conclusion, my encounter with Lenzi and Mike from Booker Cash & Carry was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Their unprofessionalism, lack of product knowledge, rude behavior, and general disinterest in assisting customers left me feeling utterly disappointed. I strongly advise against seeking their help or visiting this establishment, as it is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Lenzi at Booker Cash and CarryI recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Lenzi, an employee at Booker Cash and Carry, and I must say that it was one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever had. Lenzi's lack of professionalism, knowledge, and basic courtesy left me feeling frustrated and extremely dissatisfied.Firstly, Lenzi displayed a complete lack of product knowledge. When I approached her with a specific inquiry about a particular item, she seemed clueless and unable to provide any useful information. It was as if she had no idea about the products they carry, which is utterly unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I expected Lenzi to have a solid understanding of the inventory and be able to assist customers with their queries, but she fell short in every aspect.Furthermore, Lenzi's attitude was appalling. She appeared disinterested and unengaged throughout our interaction. Her lack of enthusiasm and willingness to help was evident from the moment I approached her. Lenzi was unresponsive to my questions and seemed more interested in talking to her coworkers rather than addressing my concerns. Her dismissive attitude made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer.To make matters worse, Lenzi's communication skills were abysmal. She was unresponsive to my inquiries and seemed irritated when I asked for clarification. Instead of providing clear and concise answers, she mumbled and gave vague responses that did not address my concerns. It was frustrating to have to repeat myself multiple times, only to receive incomplete and unhelpful information.Lastly, Lenzi's overall lack of professionalism was evident. It gave the impression that she did not take her job seriously and did not value the importance of providing a positive customer experience.In conclusion, my experience with Lenzi at Booker Cash and Carry was nothing short of a disaster. Her lack of product knowledge, unprofessional attitude, poor communication skills, and overall disregard for customer service left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly recommend that the management address these issues promptly and provide the necessary training and supervision to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a dreadful experience.

The reason I give one star i?ve been shopping there more than 20 yearsBut recently I have shopping experienceSpecially, on weekend, a lady work there customer SERV really bad She is really rude and I have been complain to the management before but not resolved. I hope they read my review and they make some changes in there customer SERV today Saturday 01 April they make another three customer upsetI hope someone read this review, do something about it. I am very disappointed in the branch customer service and the knowledge of branch manager has in the application process. The branch manager asked me to apply for another account as the account I have is not limited company account because he said there is no ltd word after the company name. I checked bookers invoices for the business and it is definitely a limited company account.
