i love this boots because there?s something got everyone. boots has the best reward system. you get discounts always and there are loads of offers. 100 points is £1 and it?s so so easy to collect points. if you plan on shopping in boot you HAVE to download the boots rewards app because it?s honestly the best rewards system. you benefit so much!

I visited your store last week in St. David‘s Cardiff City Center. I was a wonderful experience . Your Chanel Consultant, Dominique was exceptional.
It was by pure chance that we saw a consultant at the Chanel Counter as we walked passed. It was literally a lifetime experience with Dominique.
As a woman of colour, I was totally unprepared for the wonderful and expertise service that Dominique offered. Normally, I am looked down when I do purchase high level products as most people assume I can‘t afford it as a woman of colour. I‘ve gotten used to purchasing everything online as to not subject myself to the inferior treatment and service that I receive in some shops.
Dominique, treated me just like a normal person or the way that a normal customer are supposed to be treated. For that little bit of humanity that he showed, I will never forget him.
My husband and I decieded we will just popover from Germany to see Dominique again if I wish to purchase instore again or for advice on any new products in the future.
The experience was worth every pound of the £500 we left at the Chanel Counter.

Jointly owned by Walgreens in the USA , Boots is quite expensive in comparison with Superdrug, both having reward cards. Interestingly enough, the 2 competitors in the USA are Walgreens and CVS.CVS, which is the cheapest and offers better products, too, in my opinion. Maybe irrelevant to most people over in UK but is a pointer to the way things are heading, as Superdrug offer products I would prefer.
