Don't rate the fitting, none of the sizes fitted well, all gapey?? Not a comfy bra, the non wired ones were so unflattering. I was disappointed and sad because they look lovely on a petite model.

She made me and my sister in law feel so comfortable and was so funny while teaching us!! She really knows her stuff!!! I have only ever ordered online but I was in Cardiff so popped into the store. I was approached by a lovely assistant and asked if she could help and the size I was looking for. Immediately said I think you are wearing the wrong size. I had no clue I have been in that size for years. Lilly was assigned to me and I felt so uncomfortable just wearing a bra in front of her but she was extremely professionally and put me at ease. I left feeling so happy and purchased 2 underwear sets. Thank you Cardiff Team

Had the most amazing experience at this cardiff store. Staff were absolutely lovely, never had such an amazing experience like this before from Bra measuring to actually buying 3 bras. Your staff are a credit to you. Never buying a bra from anywhere else ever again. I seriously felt like I was the only person in the store. THANKYOU ladies look forward to seeing you again soon xx

Wow, incredible service, every single one of those lady?s on Saturday were approachable, helpful and polite.
But a special thank you goes to Freya who sized me and my 15 year old daughter, she was very anxious at first (my daughter) and was shy but as soon as she met Freya she changed her mind. Freya made us both feel comfortable and my daughter was so pleased with her new purchases and she said next time she won?t mind being measured up. Thank you Freya, you deserve a medal, (or a pay rise) you are worth your weight in gold, thank you so much you made our day xxx
