Going away and needed a case for my S10+ as the one I had on order from a omline retailer had not turned up in time. The staff were very busy with customers and even though I had to wait around 5 minutes to be served for a item they were very friendly and said sorry for the wait. They recommended a case that would be suitable but not too expensive due to the fact I had a perferred case already on order. Wished me a great time for my holiday. Brilliant service!

Can never get through to any store on any number when needing to speak to a store no matter what time it is, then when you go online and phone the other numbers you get through to South Africa why can't you get through to stores when you have an issue there quick enough to sell you products it's ridiculous

Was interested in pixel 3. the the staff member told me to wait a week for the 3a XL to see if that would suit my price range I wanted to pay. as I don't want to go over £25 pm. now I have got pixel 3 a XL for the price I wanted they didn't make me feel pressured in any way and I get a free Chromebook in a few weeks what a bonus.

Man that served me last Saturday was off no help at all. He was of mixed race and was so.offish, I went to to upgrade he showed me no deals I just choose a fone and then it wasn't in stock. Due to his unhelpful manner I left and never upgraded

Terrible service over a month and my phone is lost and not repaired with no idea when or if I?ll ever see it again...and to add insult to injury that today said someone had collected it on my behalf!Not one of the departments work in sync with each other everyone just blames someone else....Avoid if you can!

Great team so friendly, sadly I'm terrible with names but the lovely blonde lady who helped me transfer my details from phone to phone, the young guy who (didn't know what a carbonara was) was very helpful the day before. I dropped my new phone again, same day I picked it up which seems to be a tradition. I woke up this morning to realise It is just a plastic screen that is broken not the actual screen so I'm holding carphone warehouse (Newport road) team responsible and couldn't be happier to have a crack free screen on the 2nd day of ownership, thank you for looking after me!

Not impressed with service. Very apathetic. Didn't set up new phone or provide help at all. Gave me completely incorrect advice on transferring data from one iphone to android, which shows no product knowledge. it was a lot easier and automated than having to back up on PC/Cloud etc told me it would be. Made false claims on me having to deal with O2 instead of them dealing with it there and then (as advised by O2 two minutes later). You can never get through to them on the phone. If I had the time I would go back in and cancel the contract with the shop and sort it elsewhere. Very poor in my opinion.

Donâ??t deserve 1 star but itâ??s the lowest option. Took my phone to be repaired 3 days ago, the staff couldnâ??t get through to their repair centre so had to use my phone! Refused to give me a replacement phone but agreed after using my phone again to get authorisation from head office. Then tried charging me £5.99 for the pleasure! Anyway long story short my phone is still sat in the store 3 days later because they havenâ??t sent it off to the repair centre & wont give me an answer when I ask why. Refused to let me speak to a manager or area manager but said I can raise a complaint but wonâ??t ever get a response from it as everything is dealt with internally!! ?

Not helpful whatsoever kept trying too phone them and in turn they say due too high call volume they can't take the place is dead how can they lie bad business I suppose.
