I bought a new laptop at Curry?s today and was served by Josh. He helped me every step of the way to make sure I got the best quality laptop within my budget. He went above and beyond to get the one I needed and offered additions that would be most beneficial. Never felt more comfortable in my life, as someone who doesn?t understand tech as much, there was no judgement and he explained everything so well.

They were very slow to assist customers. There wasn't a lot of customers in store. It took them ages to trace my monthly accounts when I had four accounts but they could only find, three. Eventually they phoned the accounts department which they found the missing account. Because they longer use the brand they wouldn't be able to maintain any future repairs. So I cancelled this account immediately. I also discovered that a mobile phone purchased from carphone warehouse. It is a Sangsung Galaxy S10plus, but apparently they no longer repair these phones. So I was paying £16.00 per-month, needless so I stopped the direct debit to you, once I realised I was wasting money on that. So that is something I wouldn't recommend your company for service to customers.

Went to purchase a TV instore but found three same models online for significantly less. When enquiring about a price match which is detailed on their website, I was refused even though the three options I suggested were high street stores as opposed to internet businesses.Pathetic

Went in for a fridge, picked the one we wanted, asked a woman to help us then waited 20 minutes for her to help someone else, when she was finished she saw us walking towards her then she quickly went off out the back, found another 2 people that were doing nothing but didn't want to help us so we left, absolutely shocking when you know exactly what you want but can't get anyone to get it for you

Almost 45 minute of waiting for someone, one sales person walked right past me, we finally caught the attention of a guy who looked at me with complete confusion when I asked for advice on which laptop to buy. I then asked another and pointed to the two that I liked the look of, and he started desperately tapping away and then turned to me and said " The specs should be displayed on the screen", he asked a colleague to help him, but this one said exactly the same thing and did not seem inclined to try and solve the problem. This was when I decided to buy my laptop off the internet.

No stock of 65in tvsAbsolutely beyond a joke that an entertainment technology retailer would have zero stock, for takeaway on the day of 65 inch tvsBeen using Currys for 30 years+ the last 4-5 years they have gone downhill. And whilst I do understand that you can?t keep stock in store of everything but to have zero stock in one section is just mindless

Great service from the chap that served us today (I didn?t catch his name). We went in to purchase another iPad, openly admired this wasn?t his section but would find someone to help. Came back and explained all his colleagues were busy but he would sort this purchase for me. Chucked in a free cheap stylus pen also.Only criticism, loads of staff wandering around chatting and socialising and not creating customers.Plus the parking is limited (We went on Good Friday).

We went to curry?s PC world at culver to pick up some stuff for my gaming setup and the employee Thuhin (I hope I?ve spelt that correctly) was absolutely incredible! He was so helpful and listened to my mums babbling and answered all her questions! Thank you for making her feel included and thank you for your helpful tips! Really appreciate it??

Whent there with a issue I had two sales assistance doing one task waeting when invited to speck just kept on looking at there computer told to phone a number on a leflet I asked if some one could look at it saed no staff I walked out then whent to aldi had a mutch better service perhaps thay should send there staff to aldi to get same training on customer service
