The facility is good, staff friendly, however, the gym is over subscribed. We have been a member for over 6 months, from August 23. If you want to attend most classes, or book a tennis court, you will need the tenacity and strategy as you would with the Glastonbury ticket!

Great gym and social club with all the facilities and one of the few which allow children to train. Had some membership payment issues but the manager Craig sorted it out rapidly and couldn't have asked for more. Top guy!

lovely experience, especially the pool area it was lovely and clean the lifeguards were very friendly and helpful, the young lady Elise was very helpful and she always has a smile on her face

If I could give a -5 stars I would. They lie to prospective members, ignore complaints, refuse to acknowledge mistakes, and fob you off at every turn. It's not worth the money to start with and DEFINITELY isn't worth the hassle. AVOID DAVID LLOYD LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Our membership fees for a couple have increased 50% in 3 years to nearly £95 each per month!Unfair when current members' partners are being offered membership for £60 per month.There is barely any steam in the steam room. Sometimes none at all.Lovely new tiles outside in outdoor area, but no one thought to leave an anti-slip path to the pool. As a result, the outdoor pool is now closed when air temperature is under 0°c, as people have been slipping over on the ice.Such a shame, as swimming in the outdoor pool, which is heated, used to be such a pleasure on a winter's morning.New tiles installed in the outdoor pool are a light grey colour, which easily shows the dirt. The tiles around the edge of the surface of the water are constantly dirty and grimy, and no one bothers to clean them regularly, which is pretty gross.The jacuzzi is finally hot, for the first time in years, instead of being luke warm, so i'll give 2 stars instead of 1. That said, the pressure of the jets is pathetic.

What a fabulous experience! , shame I was only a visitor .Well worth the money if you lived close and could go on a regular basis, would look fabulous in no time ,loads of equipment and help . no Well Being drugs needed!!

Mis sold membership and complaint ignored for monthsI was not informed of the 3 month membership and told explicitly that there was only a 12 month option which was a lie, upon complaining I was phoned and advised that they were going to try and get my membership cancelled which has not been done my emails go ignored for weeks and despite my request for emails as I can't answer the phone at work they didn't email then sent an email saying they'd call which I either missed or didn't get as I don't recognise the number but an email is not an unreasonable request and the fact that they have ignored a complaint for 2 months is tellingAlso the other complaints you see as true limited facilities for the price you have to pay to borrow a towel for a guest despite already paying over 100 per month
