Arrived at Dreams with family looking for a bed and mattressI am disabled and was looking for a bed to help with back painAfter browser for a while - we were approached by PamMost customers ( including me) want time without hassle from sales personsWe certainly enjoyed with PamShe identified my needs and used a machine to measure pressure pointsShe then showed us beds/ mattresses to meet my needsWe tried them at our pace and once we found the correct combination we sat down to agree the purchasesAll was itemised and each one clearly explained to mePam was very professional in her work and I felt I could trust her knowledge and salesmanshipA very pleasant experienceThank you

Super! We found a really comfortable bed at a good price, Pamela was very friendly and helpful (but definitely not pushy which we hate, so thank you!) The bed testing machine was fun too. You get free delivery and 100 night trial, and there are plenty of beds to choose from in the store.

We purchased a new bed a couple of weeks ago and was so impressed we decided to by the sam bed for our second bedroom.So back to Dreams(Newport Road Cardiff) we headed. We was greated by Pam and she was a very bubbley and extremely friendly, we hadn't dealt with her but she brought up our passed details and made order our new purchased easy to navigate. All ordered that day and can't thank Pam enough for her help and professionalism.Would highly recommend Dreams.
