“We recently visited to collect an item we had ordered online. We also bought something in the shop too.There was a short wait for the till but we were quickly served. The member of staff who served us was very friendly and helpful and quickly sorted our collection and purchase. There was a slight problem with the card reader when paying for our in-store purchase but the staff member quickly sorted this out for us and ensured we weren't charged twice.”
