Normally a good review however withy shop I wanted a lottery ticket but was refused not be ause of age but because the server was a johovanas witness and they are against gambling

I have to admit that my primary reason for shopping at Iceland on Albany Road is the great value of the Tuesday OAP 10% off, however I also benefit from being always treated like a long lost family friend or a VIP by the wonderful staff.They ALL, young and old, have the best customer service attitude of any shop in Cardiff and I have lived here for 35+ years.They are a credit to Iceland and my wife said that I should post this if I feel so strongly, so here goes!Thank you

It was fine but 60+ discount could be eroded as " cannot be used with any other discount". You could end up spending more. I'm likely to go back to delivery.
