I Usually shop online with great value for money and fab delivery service. Today I shopped instore as I wanted to look at the Christmas items. Checkout packed my shopping and arranged delivery for me....how cool is that! Great staff always v helpful ?

Why do you reduce products with a Yellow sticker but never cover the barcode, so when It goes through the till I?m charged full price, is this a mistake or scam, I have fallen for this and paid full price every time I go in ? ?

Arrived at 9am to ensure a delivery for that day. Only to be told no spaces available!!!Of I went home and went online I could get a slot for today.....what the heck is that about.

Terrible Customer service, I had booked a delivery for 3:00pm-5:00pm (Keep in mind it is now half 6) It still hasn't shown up. I tried ringing and they just hang up. Terrible

It's OK for the usual frozen food etc. Seems relatively cheap.
