Completely chaotic garage, lacking any sort of professionalism or reliable communication. No one had a clue what was going on and no work was done on my car during the 2 days it was at the garage, it didn't even move from where I dropped it off.I booked an MOT and service with this garage, after alot of stress trying to phone for updates (no one was answering) to understand what was going on with my car it was clear something was a bit amiss at this garage. They should have provided honesty and communication about whether they actually had the capacity to take my booking, rather than wasting my time for 2 days and causing me complete panic about where to get an MOT and service done elsewhere last minute.Not sure what's going on at this garage at the moment, but would not recommend it after my recent experience.

Would not recommend this garage.Very unprofessional, very useless. Didn't know what I had booked my car in for when I dropped it off. Then my car was in the garage for two days without them even moving it. Ended up completely cancelling and going else where.10/10 would not recommend unless something drastic changes.

I could never recommended this garage! They advertise a collect and delivery service, but considered my address too far away, so we negotiated for me to drop off and for them to deliver. On the day they refused to deliver and I was subjected to a barrage of swearing and shouting on the phone. I paid for the MOT that they'd completed but cancelled the service.

I needed a new indicator light bulb changed in my car. Having been messed around by halfords in canton. I came here last minute no appointment and the mechanics squeezed me in and the car was ready in 20 mins. Only charged me £10 for bulb and to change it too. Good service ?
