Done a online application and was given 14 days to provide id in branch. Waited in a que for 25 mins then told by MR HASSAN there is noting on the system and I had to do the application again when I clearly had the email to show but he was not interested! Don?t waste your time with Lloyds absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Why do we use banks????Because we Dont have anything better to do with our time, so we queue up at branches or be left hanging on the phone for an hour or so and then get poor customer service from incompetent staff.

Great service from this Lloyds branch. I had an issue with sending money abroad and it was an emergency luckily I was accommodated with great service from both Sophie and another gentleman. They managed to provide the service I was looking whilst keeping a busy bank under control.

Thank in you for the great service! As a Tourist I've asked to change a bank note of 50£ in smaller ones. Changes were only possible with abank account! Thank you! Whaz a great service!

Very disappointed with coin recieving service.. grandchildrens holiday savings.. they would not take as "it has to be bagged" so spent an hour bagging in correct denominations only to return & told they could only take ten bags per day! Over fifty bags no joke.. 30yrs with this bank! No advice given other than Sorry Sir ????

Really disappointed this morning. Came to Lloyds bank i ask someone i forgot to bring my card with me.i want to put deposit. Can u guy's help me to find my account. The lady said it's absolutely fine.then i waiting in queue. I serve by man around 9:20am.first he ask my surname and postcode. He said he didn't find my account details.then he ask for my full name i give.then he said do u use different address i said no.in 10 minutes he not find my details he said go home gethget your card i said why im going home this my name my address and lived 12 years on that address. He said i cant help you.then i ask i want go customer service. Then he said i find your details..please tell what should be my reaction.
