Tried to get a new joint bank account and swap direct debits to this account. We explained we wanted to keep our old ones as well. instead of just getting the new one they closed our other accounts. Everything we asked to be done wasn't.

Really disappointed this morning. Came to Lloyds bank i ask someone i forgot to bring my card with me.i want to put deposit. Can u guy's help me to find my account. The lady said it's absolutely fine.then i waiting in queue. I serve by man around 9:20am.first he ask my surname and postcode. He said he didn't find my account details.then he ask for my full name i give.then he said do u use different address i said no.in 10 minutes he not find my details he said go home gethget your card i said why im going home this my name my address and lived 12 years on that address. He said i cant help you.then i ask i want go customer service. Then he said i find your details..please tell what should be my reaction.

Very, very poor service. Twice i've been down to change my housebound mother's address, so we can get a new debit card sent, and twice the staff have been unable and uncaring to help.
I will move my business to an Internet only Bank and willnot care if it leads to job losses at branches. Proven to be redundant.

Went to the cash point to withdraw cash and entered my pin and requested the amount. Mid way through the cash point malfunctioned, shut down and restarted. Once it restarted it stated it was out of order and swallowed my card. I went into the branch for help and the man behind the desk wasnâ??t very helpful at all. Just said is it a Lloydâ??s card? And because it wasnâ??t he wouldnâ??t retrieve my card. Just said â??youâ??ll have to ring your bankâ?. His customer service skills were very poor and although I understand the bank may have certain policies for insurance reasons. He didnâ??t even try to explain the policy or situation. Wasnâ??t willing to help or fix the situation at all! Just palmed me off.
Will not be coming back here again.
