Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at the McDonald?s restaurant located in the Cardiff city center today.My friend and I visited your establishment and chose to dine on the first floor. However, throughout our entire visit, we were subjected to blatant discrimination by one of your staff members. This individual consistently ignored us and failed to inquire about our dining experience or offer any assistance.What was particularly distressing was that this employee made a point to approach and engage with other white customers, asking them about their satisfaction with the food and if there was anything he could do for them. Despite our presence and obvious need for attention, he completely disregarded us on two separate occasions.The first instance occurred when we were seated a few tables away from the entrance to the toilet. Despite being in clear view, the staff member ignored us. In response, we relocated to a different spot due to the discomfort of sitting near the restroom. However, even after moving, the same discriminatory behavior persisted. Once again, he selectively greeted and attended to white customers while continuing to ignore us.This experience has left me deeply disappointed and upset. It is unacceptable to be treated differently based on race or ethnicity. Such behavior constitutes racism and has no place in any establishment, let alone a reputable chain like McDonald?s.I want to emphasize that I have never encountered such discrimination at any other McDonald?s restaurants. This incident stands out as a stark departure from the excellent service I have come to expect from your brand.I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter and ensure that all employees receive proper training on diversity, inclusion, and anti-discrimination policies. Additionally, I request a formal apology and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will handle it with the seriousness and urgency it deserves.Sincerely

McDonald's used to be cheap fast food but now it is neither. I left a good review for this McDonald's years ago but now every time I go it takes ages to get my order and the system behind the counter just always seems chaotic I will only order from this McDonald's when I know I have at least 15 minutes spare to wait.

Typical McDonalds with everything running as it should. Got a nice big mac with fries and a shake (yes, it was working!) which arrived rather promptly. There were some loud kids causing mischief here and there, but kids will be kids :)

Literally the worst McDonald?s I ever encountered. You can?t physically enter to the restroom cabin without touching the nasty toilet with your leg? Impossible to wash hands in microscopic sink. Thanks to lobby host, kept everything clean as possible?.Fries were cold and stale, big tasty too greasy/
