Not gonna lie if I order a plain cheeseburger for my autistic child and then double-check that it is plain 3 times with 3 different people (when ordering, paying, and picking it up) at that point I do expect it to be plain. It wasn't :/

It's OK but always so busy and the staff don't always seem to cope well. Some orders have been wrong or items missed from order. That being said staff have always been lovely and polite and are doing their best.

If I could give zero I could. If its not sauces missing from the order, then its food items. I've experienced take away orders and in store.Theres no control or communication in the team. Managers standing around chatting while food stays there getting cold.90% of the time items missing from the order and is luke warm at best.

The woman who gave me my food did not put the large chocolate milkshake into my bag. Driver's check your order before leaving to avoid this scam.

Drive through. Luke warm chips as always, burger not presented very well. But it's fast food so... Don't go very often anymore. The food doesn't seem the same. Staff are more polite these days though so that's a positive.

Just went to McDonalds in Barry. Ordered on the app to save time. Well that was the intention. Sat in click & serve bay for 35 minutes with my 6 year old step son and 11 month old daughter, (wasnt even busy) BEFORE my partner went in to see what was taking so long. Turns out the staff member taking the food out, after not only taking her sweet time to walk the orders to the cars in the rain thus leaving people's orders cold and wet, also took our order to the wrong person even though the bay number of my order is on the receipt....If you wanted to order from here I suggest you ask a member of staff if you can make it yourself. Other wise you will end up with with either nothing or someone else's order.Total time from point of order to recieveing any food from this "fast food" establishment.... 47 minutes.....
