Utterly appalling service. Delivery failed to turn up. As the consumer act states, the restaurant is responsible, as McDonald?s own website states, the restaurant is responsible as uber states, the restaurant is responsible.The staff refused to actually acknowledge the bloody law. They were rude, condescending and disrespectful. When asked for their names they refused (against McDonald?s own policy) however, we actually know the shift managers name is Hannah Meredith and our formal complaint is already winging its way to head office. Vile place and I?d give zero stars if possible

I'm leaving 2 stars because on countless occasions have i had issues with this restraunt. Many times the food has been cold, on multiple occasions have my orders been incorrect.One time my friend ate from this place and he was ill, i had abad stomach too. That day wasn't fun.A few good notes to conclude, (it's the reason i'm not giving one star)the coffee can be really nice, it's really warm and well made, the ice creams are a treat too. Kind of a rare thing in the summer though as the ice cream machine is often broken.

If I could zero I would.. absolutely ridiculous waiting over 20 mins no sign and when it went round they tried giving me food that had been left under a heat lamp until I requested all fresh for there inconvenience!!

We arrived here today 09/03/2024 around 3.30pm and we were delighted with the standard of service and quality of food. The staff were friendly and efficient and rounded a visit of with ice cream codes? definitely would recommend this restaurant as was spotlessly clean although very busy. Wish we lived closerDietary restrictions: Vegetarian and vegan options availableKid-friendliness: High chairs and changing facilitiesWheelchair accessibility: All on the flat and sliding door, and large disabled toilet

The most shocking and despicable customer service I have ever experienced. The shift manager i experienced today has no customer skills whatsoever and clearly hasn't received any training. I had an incorrect order delivered from their app and was told by this shift manager that it wasn't their responsibility and was the delivery drivers issue. I had tried to call the restaurant for 30 minutes and no one answered so I had to drive there. When I arrived the shift manager was taking photos of her staff for some reason and when I finally got her attention to deal with me and queried why no one answered the phone for 30 minutes she told me everyone was too busy... I mentioned the photo shoot and she said she was 'appreciating her staff' and she was entitled to do that... ??? The shift manager was very unhelpful and talked down to me the whole time.. I was determined to get a resolution because the service was so bad. They eventually found my order.. it was under the counter and hadn't even left the place. I asked if I could have it and they said no bevauae it had to be handed to the delivery driver! You can imagine how I felt.. I was being taunted.. I said I wouldn't leave until the matter was resolved and the shift manager said she was calling the police! At this point the other manager decided she would give me my order (which I had paid for) but I had to give them back the wrong order i had delivered to me (which i did and they checked every item in the bag). Finally i had my meal and the shift manager said they were only rectifying the situation for me because the other manager wasn't prepared to stand up to me. She said i was lucky because if it was her she wouldn't give in to me and replace my order! There is so much more to tell but I don't have the energy.

Why are there so many mc Donald's that state they are open 24/7 but they close for a few hours to clean!?People don't want to be driving around after work at silly o'clock in the morning looking for a mc Donald's that's open! Just put the right times on saves alot of disappointment!
