The young man serving me was disinterested and unhelpful. He preferred to sit down and chat than serve a customer. However, the young woman was extremely helpful and kind.I had better service at the Llanishen Branch. All staff were friendly and respectful.

I have always found the staff helpful and polite. The manager is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. They are excellent on returns/or replacements. And on line and in store is a combined good experience. Highly recommended. Thank You
