Went here yesterday , staff were rude and waited ages to be served. Didn?t seem to know what they were doing behind the tills they ignored customers. Was refused to use rewards on the app without a purchase which isn?t stated on the app, false advertisement

I wouldn't return I'd rather pay the same prices in pretty a manger right opposite & get the quality I'm paying for.Full English was very disappointing, took some time & the staff seemed and bit bewildered and clueless how to prepair it. (Also notice health & hygiene lacking on prep, hair down in kitchen etc)We had 1 wishing Americano (dirty mug) Fanta, lemon muffin, coffee cake, 2x breakfast & water. £34.See pics.

Plenty of seating and so much choice available in both sweets and savouries. Has all kinds of hot and cold drinks too. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. We had the vegan sausage, the croissant with cheese and tomato( which was really good), cafe mochas, cappuccinos and milk shakes. All really good. Had a take away sandwiches the bread was soggy and no taste and hardly any filling and expensive for what you got. The only nice thing was the lime cooler. Definitely won't be going

*claims to email them but doesn?t reply* I?ve been a regular customer for muffin break for quite some time now and i have never experienced any issues until now, recently I purchased a cake and a drink from their menu, the service took a ridiculous amount of time which isn?t like muffin break at all, the staff exchanged weird looks and started laughing at myself and my partner which made us feel really uncomfortable, the cake tasted dry, and i was unable to follow through with eating, and the milkshake barely tasted of any flavour apart from milk, than as soon as i got home, i experienced some form of food poisening that made me nauseous and gave me a stomach ache, this has truly put me off

Very bad dry, sickly chocolate cake - stale brownie with chocolate fondant on top basically ):. Was really disappointing particularly as they failed to mention that it cost £1 extra to sit at the general tables so it cost me £3.65. Also got handed a used glass left on the side when I asked for some water.

Asked for a cleaner cup,the girl just rinsed and wiped it!.all trays,crockery did not look like it had gone through a dishwasher,waited ages for her to cut the cake,they all need to go on customer training.Shame as good quality tea and good choice of cakes
