Emma in bathrooms at the Llanishen Cardiff branch has gone over and above in helping me out for what was a very very stressful time with my builder. She could not have been more helpful in sorting things out with the furniture I chose after many mishaps. I cannot praise her highly enough - I wish there were more Emma?s in today?s world

Took a while on the phone to figure out if they had the part, fumbling with the system, but that's forgivable. However when I went down to collect, there was noone in the shop. Called them and someone came in, turned out they didn't have it after all - or noone could find it!

Fantastic service today from two lovely gentleman who helped me resolve my issue replacing an obsolete kitchen sink waste unit with a very simple extender part. Three other plumbing suppliers, all on the same estate, had no idea and even less interest in helping me other than to sell me things I didn't need.

Dreadful had a full shower unit, toilet, sink and unit, and 2 Raditors, shower head chrome peeling off, sink tap also the same, Rad came damagedand then had to chase for my money back. Was recommended plumbers since been told they gave us the wrong shower base, not deep enough, and sales advisor was surposed to be expert. So disappointed never use again, better off going to somewhere else
