Every time I go in this place it is an absolute nightmare trying to deal with the two women behind the post office counters. The blonde haired woman today refused to take my Evri parcel simply because the barcode was not visible enough apparently. I then had to take the parcel to the Kiosk on Heathwood Rd, CF14 4HS where they accepted my parcel. This incompetent woman should be fired. She is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The brown haired woman on the other hand is very patronising. This place should go out of business.

Don't bother using the Post Office, and ignore the opening hours. Waste of time, space, and oxygen.In contrast to previous reviews, staff member was both unhelpful AND unpleasant.
