FANTASTIC!I bought a brand new samsung phone today and the price was excellent. A lot cheaper than you will find online. Mohamed is a lovely person and was so helpful. Not only did he set my phone up, but he also fitted a screen protector for me which I got free, along with a free prorltective case.Excellent customer service!Highly recommended!

I couldn't make or receive calls and assumed there was a sim problem. I went to Smartphones and was told there was a loose connection. They repaired it on the spot. I wish I'd gone there sooner. Excellent customer service. If I need a new phone I would go here. Good prices and great to have a face to face experience.

Fantastic knowledge and service. I purchased a phone in the Middle East that wouldn?t download many things here. I had been dealing with Samsung London, Samsung call centre Philippines and Samsung in Saudi Arabia. London said not possible, Philippines said try Saudi and Saudi sent a number without any instructions and didn?t reply again. I walked into the shop just to ask if they knew what to do with the number, and the guy adv I didn?t need it. He pushed some buttons and 1 minute later my phone is downloading everything. Can?t speak highly enough of my gratitude

Went to the Cardiff store to get a screen protector for my phone! The guy was lovely and I wasn't expecting him to put it on my phone for me but he did and my phone looks brand new! I keep saying to my partner how good my phone screen looks its like there is nothing on there and the price was amazing! Thanks for your help Cardiff store you deserve 5 stars ??

Staff is friendly and professional willing to listen to your concerns.Got my screen repaired, the job is done in front of you and when its done you're able to go through your phone and make sure that you're okay with the new screen.I had some screws missing that were kindly replaced no extra charge.Staff genuinely care about their costumers and the quality of the service that they are providing.5 stars.
