I had visited three stores with my friend. But a guy?s behaviour who works there named Shaz was not behaving nice to us. We went there to ask for some information about buying a phone from three but the way he was looking at my friend wasn't very nice. I felt like he wanted us to leave. I saw lots of bad reviews about that guy especially those from Asians.I think three must take any action about it. He should be removed or trained more about how to deal with customers.

Pretty poor service and really disappointed as my local Three store is much better thanthis one. We went in on Saturday for a routine upgrade then got all the way home to find we were given the wrong phone.I signed a contract for a higher spec but the sales assistant had given us a lower spec phone. Went back the next day for what should be a simple exchange, but were left waiting over half an hour with no communication to eventually be told we weren't getting any phone at all. Apparently the contract had now been cancelled by them and we would have to come back in 48 hours. I live over 2 hours away so that's not happening...It was their mistake but they couldn't fix it. I won't be back any time soon

Ive been with Three for around 4 years now Sim only. Eveytime i go there. The Staff are always polite , and helpful. And some of theyre deals are really good .
