We've always used United before and they have been fine but on recent visit Barry the rep was very disinterested (sat & played on his phone most of the time) and wasn't really bothered about service so we walked away. Any questions asked had grumpy responses from him.Don't write many negative reviews but felt disappointed after this experience with the rep, which is not representative of the reputable company, hence the 2 stars.We did order on the same day (similar price) at a shop on Wellfield Road and the service was amazing.

Good selection but only few in stock and takes weeks to get them in ? Staff friendly but one or two automatically sell you highest underlay without even asking you ..???
