I took my watch to the store in Carmarthen to have a battery renewed. The watch has a valid guarantee and although they were unable to replace the battery, the staff were very helpful and arranged for it to be sent to the workshop. Great jewellers, Jane was very patient and very knowledgeable and even though we could’ve sourced them cheaper we still went back to Hinds due to the customer service we’d had.
