Had to queue for 20mins, beautiful flowers, arrangements, plants for mothers day, card's for all occasions really pretty different cards some overpriced but some were so unusual worth the extra. Food hall small and compact but able to pick up a few different choices for a treat, enjoyed my long awaited visit x

Mark's and Spencer's cafe has horrible service. They have all the time in the world, as they're too busy talking and joking. Was even given wrong food number, which was also commented by the only busy lady running food.
