Stopped off quite late to get a bottle of pepsi max, I was served by a girl that didn't speak or even acknowledge I was there waiting to pay. As she took my money, she sneezed into her hand n passed me my change with the same hand!!.

This is my usual garage to fill up for mammoth'450 mile journey back home again .always open,always friendly staff loads of different items to buy other than just garage stuff , sandwiches looked lush .and way cheaper than on the dreaded M 4 , M 25 and M11 for sure , not sure if they're 24 hour open but they're always open late in the night hours x

Great service station with plenty of food & drink choices, hot drinks, small seating area, EV charging, showers, very clean toilets.. Better than you'd expect from a petrol station!

Seemed short staffed on the day we visited. Only 1 person serving but she was very pleasant and served everyone. It took a while to get our food due to the staffing issues but the food was tasty. Staff member was great, but she needed at least another person to either take orders and serve or to cook the food. She was doing it all by herself.

I only go there for HGV fuel. But they have tasty rolls in the shop with plenty of filling in them .showers are a bit expensive at £4.

Appalling customer service with my recent visit cashier was half a sleep and body language completely not interested in being there.Very disappointing.
