Service from BeckyI have to say Becky has served us a few times to help with technical issues. She is absolutely fantastic! Always helpful, sorts the issue out and even if she can't in the shop writes it down for you to call 191.You don't get great customer service much anywhere these days but Becky really does go above & beyond.Thank you

Excellent service at Carmarthen Vodafone shop yesterday. Multiple IT issues prevented me upgrading my contracts in my local shop and online however the staff in Carmarthen accepted the challenge to overcome the complex issues and provided me with new contracts/upgrades. I don?t expect to queue jump or given any sort of priority but I do expect to be acknowledged and perhaps offered a chair while I wait. I don?t mind waiting and I don?t mind waiting my turn but not even a sideways glance I?m afraid to much for me 10 minutes of being ignored too bad.
