Compared to the old Cotton Traders shops the garden centre franchise had limited stock, eg only one size 7 men's shoe, so I ended up purchasing a really odd coloured pair & have since had to dye them.

I have been incredibly impressed by Zoe who remains friendly, helpful and customer focussed despite always being very busy. A brilliant example of positive customer service!

Visited, expecting to be overwhelmed by discounts. I was, sadly, absolutely underwhelmed! Discounts...well yes, but only if your chest size was XXXL. Spent 15 minutes searching for anything coming close to be financially attractive, but failed! Such a shame as their prices were always good, but if this is now the norm, it will be my last visit.

The shop is inside a garden centre complex. As a shopper, you are spoiled for choice. The Cotton Traders section gives a wide selection to choose from. Prices are reasonable and the staff were friendly and informative. I'll definitely go back to shop again
