“I have never had a problem when banking money, I have been asked to use the cash machine and staff have always been very helpful if you are unsure what to do. I understand using the cash machine is helping to cut the queues down, if I need to speak to anyone on the counter service I have never had a problem, the staff in Cwmbran are more than helpful and always polite. Everything has changed since we've been in this pandemic lets not forget they need to keep safe as well as us and are doing their best.”
