Recommend this company to my Daughter because a work colleague suggested they were, punctual, reliable and reasonably priced. I advised her to book a taxi on leaving Cardiff train station on Saturday night which she did. Booking was taken with no problem. Usually really good. Only reason 2 star not 1 is because how reliable they have been. Said today arriving at 1845 no taxi until 1905. Partner and small children waiting in the cold as they kept saying " on their way" from a distance that isn't 17 minutes away.
