We just had an order come through via delivero... kfc in Cwmbran need to get their act together, firstly the order was wrong, and the worse thing, in the 8 piece bucket, they threw in all the dips on top of the cooked chicken, infact 2 dips, were underneath the cooked chicken , and 2 dips were on the top. Also thrown in the bucket were the 3 sweetcorns , and the coleslaw (plastic container) touching the cooked chicken. DISTGUSTING !!!!Cross contamination.Health and safety need to be adhered too.A complaints letter with photographs have been sent.

Went to kfc yesterday food for what you get is not worth the money you pay. after i ordered waited 20 mins for my food and kids food but gave me my childs hot chocolate when i order so didnt have the drink with the meal. Was just chucked on the tray coke was over fill so was all over the tray and food. Staff was a little rude not friendly like other places you go when you think how busy mcdonalds get compared to this place and they still polite. They was 2 busy sending out just eat/uber meals that seems to be more important than the people sitting in. Wont be going in this kfc again as this aint the first time been disapointed with everything

awful food, freezing cold when got to me as I ordered it and even when it did come it was 30 minutes later than what it shouldd have been , never ordering from there again !

If you want cold food and your order wrong then this is the place to be! Ordered a box meal and they forgot the gravy and the food was stone cold.

Disgusting food everywhere do not clean tables and take for ever to serve you spilled drinks all over table and do not clean floor and had to wait 30 mins and I had places to be awful not coming again

Didn?t get a receipt when I used the machine to order and missed the number. Used table delivery and after waiting about 20 minutes went up the counter to ask what was happening. Was told machine doesn?t always accept number. Checked meal as was told ?we?ve been calling that for ages?. Won?t be going back!

We waited 20 minutes for barely any food its very bad and the customer service is bad I wanted to ask for a fork and the worker rolled their eyes at me! Unacceptable

Worst kfc ? was dry over cooked as a result no flavour on the coating we had legs no thigh as a meal and the place was a total mess but not that busy

I did not enjoy the half burned fries which were dry and cold....the milk in the coffee tasted sour and it was hard to find the lettuce and mayonnaise in the zinger burger. The restaurant was dirty, no clean tables, the napkin dispenser was empty and the service wasn't that good either. I would not go there again. Don't know what standards of cuisine most people in Cwmbran enjoy but they sure don't expect that much and are quite happy to pay for sub standard food and eating conditions.

Disgusting with food all over the floor, many members of staff standing behind the till doing nothing, food took a long time to get served and overheard other customers complaining the toilets were too dirty to use. Wouldn't dare want to sit down and eat at the tables somewhere this dirty I prefer to drive to Pontypool KFC which is much cleaner and faster service.
