My son had an issue with his phone and quickly resolved by the staff member. The reason for 1 star is because she asked me about my broadband \\u0026 how much I paid. I told her couldn't remember and I was recovering from a stroke \\u0026 wasn't the tight time. However she persisted in telling me about your offer that your the cheapest about. I didn't really care too much in saving money and didn't like the persistence from your staff member. If someone isn't interested then you shouldn't continue with giving sales advice.

I talk to someone today about signal issue. Have told it's nothing they can do . Will he weeks now since mast is down. My main issue was with this lady who spoke to me. She was to lazy to get up when she talked to me and make me feel very unwelcome. Someone need send her on training how to speak to people because with her attitude O2 will lose more customers

I had a problem with my phone, customer services online were not very good so I went to the shop. The manager looked into it and helped me big time, no faff, straight talking excellent service

Whilst the shop staff are Great.\\nI bought an O2 phone outright.and SIM last March.\\nMany hours discussing no access.no signal. No support.\\nNo O2 chat. Complaint Not actioned.yet told different.\\nPaying £18 per month.\\nYet no service.No support.\\n\\nSadly if you stop payment? Staff were friendly enough and tried to be helpful, but proved unknowledgeable on how to unlock and reset the phone they had sold us a couple of months earlier.
