“I would very much like to give Shill's 10 stars instead of 5. Shilpa and her staff completely go above and beyond at all times. Nothing is too much trouble. I have a terminal illness, and have always had problems getting my medications on time with another local pharmacy. That was until I changed to Shill's. Now my medications are always ready and awaiting collection days before they run out. Now the only problem I have, is finding somebody available to collect them for me due to living alone. I just have to live in hope that a delivery spot comes available soon for me.”

“Bethany who was working when I came in helped me match my foundation shade which has really helped due to being unable to find a perfect match. She was extremely polite and patient with me and also provided me with makeup tips to ensure that my makeup has a flawless finish.”

“I came over to Boots after a Dr's appointment last week and added to the often overflowing workload of the staff.Despite the computer system taking a time out, the staff were beyond polite, apologetic and appreciative to all those involved.Very impressed with the wonderful service despite extra challenges on top of an already maxed out workload. ❤️??”
