“Used them based on good reviews. I opted for the same day multiple scuff repair on 1 wheel only, finished in gloss black. They checked my car before taking it in and noted all pre-existing damages and mileage: handy in case of a dispute. However, the garage is placed in a quiet and remote area, so I did not fear for any major door dings. They allowed me to inspect the car before paying, to make sure I was happy. The refurbed wheel initially stood out from the other 3 due to it's fresh, glossy and clean look , which I accepted as a consequence of restoring only 1 wheel. The other 3 wheels are 10 years old, a bit faded from years of washing, break dust and heat. I think the color and tone was matched perfectly and it will eventually catch up in appearance with the other 3 wheels after a few months of daily duties. Therefore I am 99% happy. There was a small area of marring on the clear coat on one of the spokes , most likely inflicted during wheel installation , but light enough to be removed with a polish once the paint fully cures. I have inflicted much more serious scratches on my wheels by just cleaning them, so this does not bother me at all. Also, the service is friendly and had a good laugh with the receptionism about pronouncing my foreign name :) I did not compare their pricing with any other company, so cannot comment on that aspect. 12 months guarantee and wheel correctly re-balanced (no shaking at high speed). My TPMS warning kicked in after a few yards but disappeared after restarting the car. I will use them again for sure.”

“I have only had tyre changes and puncture repairs here, so I can't comment on MOTs etc.The tyre prices are the best I can find for my car. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They have been honest with me when asking about the need to change a tyre...I was expecting them to say I did to get a sale, but I was told I was good for a while. They advised me on disk pads wearing down, but didn't hard sale me to get the job done with them.Tyre changes are quick, but you may have to wait if busy. I would advise to call ahead to check your tyre sizes are in stock. Most common sizes are, but worth a check.”

“I had booked my car in for an Aircon regas at a local garage but they were unable to do it as my older car had the new type refrigerant installed. After phoning Motazone Cwmbran the same morning my car was booked in that afternoon. I arrived on time but due to Covid restrictions was unable to use the waiting roomI was however offered a lift into the shopping centre which I took and did some shopping to while away the time. I was also offered a lift back but elected to walk the mile back along a very picturesque canal. On arriving back at Motazone my care was parked and the work completed.
