I find everything I need here. Scan&Go is great, as it helps me save precious time and I see how much I spend before I get to check-out.

Don't order from asda through Just Eat. You'll be missing half your order and have to wait ages for a refund and asda take no accountability for the missing items. Absolute joke.

Visited Asda Queensferry for the first time in a number of years. As I was only picking up a few bits it was difficult to assess how a weekly shop would measure up against our normal store. As an extra I picked up a pack of jam donuts to have with a cup of tea when I got home.Imagine the disappointment to discover the donuts were stale. Best before date is 12th (today) but if that's what is presented front and centre of the display it looks like it will be several years before I visit again.

I have given 3 stars because I'm not happy. Went to Asda yesterday. My mum took a trolley to the basket self help. I understand you can't do that but she did take the items out and I was going to meet her at the other end with the trolley. She dropped something in the trolley. A Asda worker laughed basically in mums face. I reported it only for them to stick up for the rude worker . My mum is disabled and couldn't stand in a long queue. That why she went to the basket self help till. In my opinion Asda has gone down hill. Where has Equal rights gone.

My client would like Asda for sending Peter to deliver my weekly shopping recently, he?s so nice and helpful to my client who is registered blind. Brilliant customer service, thank you Asda!

I should have learned from previous experience of This place. Useless if you can?t EVER get an order correct what hope do you have in life? Might sound a bit harsh but lack of fries, which now means I have to share with my daughter makes me really angry. It?s really not that hard, and just to add insult to injury my coke is flat. Waste of money

Came here to get me and my boyfriend some tea. We ordered 2 Big Mac meals with 2 drinks. I saw one of the staff members using a dirty cup to fill my milkshake up and then went they were getting the Diet Coke they picked one up that had been there for ages instead of making a fresh one. I informed the worker that the Diet Coke was very warm and it was flat and asked her to get me a new one. She then snatched it and went "this one's colder". The worker was so rude, did not offer me any sauces or napkins with my meal and she just walked off when I tried to ask for some. While I was waiting for my order, I saw a maccies worker taking his cap off and shaking his hair infront of the fries ?? like who wants his greasy hair in their food. Absolutely shocking!!!!
