Just received a parcel delivered by FedEx. It came absolutely damaged, driver who left it almost destroyed my front doors knocking like crazy. When I opened then I've only seen back of his van. Now I'm.taking parcel to sandycroft depo to show them a state of a parcel.It's absolutely disgusting how they taking care of somebodys belongings. We pay them to deliver our goods safe and in a respectful manner.

Online I ask for collection service instead of delivery. After a few minutes when this happened I got an email that my parcel is out for delivery. Who knows when it will arrive, and I went there for nothing. Absolute unprofessional team

Google Maps puts you about 1/2 mile in the wrong location. You call the phone number and it puts you through to TNT. After 8 minutes of trying to convince the AI that you don?t have an account number you get through. Then they transfer you to FEDEx. Another 10 mins arguing with the AI that you don?t have an account number. Save yourself sometime and just repeat ?make complaint?.Then you?re out through to India. They had no idea of the location of the FedEx depot. 20mins on hold while he tries to find out. I go into a local factory and they tell me. When you find the place (the sign is covered up by one of the trees outside it) you then have to practically put your fist through the door window knocking as there is nobody manning the reception and the buzzer doesn?t work. How they didn?t hear me for the first 5 times doing it I don?t know as the room is next to the door. Surprise, surprise, 4 women sitting there doing naff all but chatting.Terrible customer service, terrible service overall. I?ll walk the parcel back to Under Armour next time.

Used them today from the Deeside depot. Shocking service. No communication gave us 2 separate times on 2 different days waiting at home. Then don?t show. Most unreliable courier service. Cannot recommend will stay clear.

Reget have to rate it low as poor communication on a delivery I waited in for days expecting delivery. The system didn't work due to Xmas pressure. Quite an inconvenience waiting around for a delivery I needed till eventually i went and picked it up myself. The pick up service however was very efficient with pleasant helpful staff from the gate to the office. Signage from gate to office however was not brilliant but was helpfully directed by employee going on a shift thankfully.

Was supposed to get a parcel between 9th and 10th of November. With fast track. Nobody answers the phone. They got my parcel since 8th of november at 05:40 am. Nice job Fedex

The worst service I have ever know in my entire life. I have spent the last 25 years dealing with parcels and it is impossible to speak to someone about receiving a delivery. I am not a customer and don't have an account or account number. Try telling that to their automated service.

Parcel missing for a month now , no options , no accountability , paid customs duties 2 weeks ago by my own initiative (no invoice received), nothing that can be done. frustrating.
