Nick took over my order for me as I came in late on a Saturday and he was absolutely fantastic got all my carpets ordered (after a few bumps in the road) and got pretty quick fitting 10/10 would recommend and Nick deserves a week off after dealing with me !!!

Having used Haverfordwest branch for flooring before and receiving excellent service, we had no hesitation in returning. Once again Liam was extremely helpful, making the process of ordering so easy. Great customer service at this store.

Don't bother using this brach if you want a Saturday fitting, even if you do get a date booked and confirmed, still no carpet customer service in branch is worse than useless, they dont answer the phone or respond to messages, when yo do get through they are incapable of actually helping and unwilling to make any attempt to figure out how they could correct their screw up, and repeatedly accuse us of making a mistake.On line customer services confirmed that we did have a fitting booked and that the store was aware but still unwilling to help in any way. On line customer services had to book fitting through the Swansea branch.Still can't explain why the guy in store was insisting that we were wrong and needed to know the name of the person who confirmed the booking, yet customer services said they could see the booking and confirmation.My advice is to avoid these mupets and use the local carpet shop that actually care about the customer.

Our house was flooded last year. The insurance wanted a quote for like for like flooring which Carpetright were happy to provide. We went back to place the order and the staff were very helpful. We were called a few weeks later with a date for fitting. Paul who fitted our lovely wood effect vinyl was a diamond. I cannot fault the service we had from Carpetright nor Paul who fitted it. Will definitely use them again.

We bought a carpet and requested fitting online at the end of lockdown (as the website stated they were still working). Had to then chase repeatedly as they "couldn't find our order" and the customer service line was shut. Emails were ignored and when we called our local branch, they could not assist with online sales. Disgraceful service when we finally had email replies (3weeks after original chasing email) where, even when we showed them the emails confirming our purchase, they said the order had not been made. Finally got our carpet 3 months later. For future, we would much rather pay to have a local company buy and fit our carpets, as clearly this company is keen to take money but not actually deliver to customers.

Very friendly staff at Haverfordwest store, Liam especially.First order for living room carpet was excellent, delivered on time.Unfortunately our second order for stair and landing carpet was very disappointing. I am currently still waiting for delivery and fitting.

Terrible customer service!! We were told the carpet would take 2-3weeks including the current delays (covid) into week 6 & had made numerous phone calls to track down our order, no one bothered to get in touch with updates as requested or at all for that matter, Ended up going into the store for a refund with no apology. They couldn't find our paperwork, struggled to give a refund & already knew the carpet was currently out of stock!!?? Useless.We ended up going to ko carpets, helpful staff & carpet delivered the same day.

Dreadful. Paid for 2 carpets back in January and waited for months to be told that they can't fit one of them because it's sisal and needs specialist fitting. I've tried getting hold of someone to find out what's going on and I'm still waiting. No contact at all and I've left messages on the very annoying phone line that keeps going to answer phone. I just want my money back now.
