they force u into be leaving something that isn't actually the case and then make out its your fault and try to force money out of you hopefully they will be shut down soon by the law.

My appointment was moved once initially and then when I arrived they didn?t have the equipment necessary so I couldn?t have the appointment. They managed to fit me in later that day but I?d already taken time off work to come

Great surgery with an excellent dentist. Just wish it was NHS once again

Only care about earning money NOT your dental care. The staff are rude and normally on their mobiles talking about their weekends, forcing you to wait and listen to them talk like schoolgirls. They say they dropped NHS to help emergency patients, but any local can tell you Fenton handles most of the emergency appointments.Everything is overpriced all the way down to simple things like sending dentures to be repaired, they will say its free then after a month of waiting will tell you its £89 that's £29 extra than if you were to take it to cleddua bridge Denture place yourself Oh and you'd get it back next day latest!Honestly the place is just a scam and i would trade all these private dentists that keep moving here, for 1 honest working NHS dentist for this county!

What an amazing service, I was in so much pain and didn?t have a local dentist as I work in London. One call was all it took to get a same day appointment and the the treatment I received was fist class.Would highly recommend

mydentist haverfordwest. Paying private does not reflect on the shoddy service after paying upfront for the appointment as my son is in pain and then having appointment cancelled 3 times via phone calls, on the day of yet another appointment I finally made it into the waiting area for my sons appointment at 11.20 after an hour (yes i sat quietly for an hour) I got up and spoke to someone as to when my son was going to be seen to be told not sure as running extremely late and couldn't give a time so told me to sit back down and wait. The appointment was cancelled then and refund given. Terrible service and very poor attitude.

Great service

As an NHS patient I can say the service is beyond terrible. After being forced to wait nearly 5 months for an appointment following an emergency 111 call to finish a treatment (my dentist wouldn't see me), I recieved a letter the week before telling me it's cancelled. I had to call to get the reason and it was because they no longer have any NHS dentists?? How long was that the case and I wasn't told until a week before? And how many people are currently waiting for treatment and will get the same letter.

Every time I called for a check up, I was told that they do not do check ups as they are focusing on emergencies, but to call back in a few months to see if things have changed. A little while later, I called to make an appointment for toothache and was told that they had removed me from the surgery as I hadn't been seen in two years. I had no letters telling me anything at all. The same thing happened to my husband, except he made an appointment for a broken tooth. He turned up 10 minutes early and then found out that the surgery gave him the wrong time and wouldn't see him, even though they were all stood around drinking coffee. He went to work and checked his calendar and called to make an appointment a month later for the broken tooth. He was then told that they had removed him from the surgery as he hasn't been seen in two years. The whole thing was ridiculous. They are no longer accepting NHS patients so we couldn't join again, as they are focusing on private as money is far more important than the oral health of people who need help.

I am an NHS patient at this dental surgery. In December 2022, I rang to make an emergency appointment to get the ball rolling on having two teeth extracted. I was told the earliest emergency appointment was September 2023 so I booked it. I rang today, 15th of May, because the condition has deteriorated and I wont be able to hold out that long. I was told today if I pay privately that I can have an appointment next week ? and it is going to cost over £250 to get a consultation and two teeth extracted! I feel totally ripped off and let down by this service, it is disgusting.

I had an appointment today for a tooth extraction, to say I was nervous is an understatement! However my dentist Maria Morris was absolutely excellent!! It could not of gone better, didn?t feel a thing!! Maria explained everything to me about the process and constantly asked if I was ok during the process. I have always found the staff there very friendly. A big thank you to Maria and the team! ?
