Every time I have been into this shop, I'm met with surly, unhelpful staff who seem to think the customer is a lesser mortal. The clothes are overpriced. So are the kitchware and bric a brac.I've decided today was my last time ever attempting to come in here to find a bargain and help a good cause.

Oxfams tend to differ in how good they are town to town. In this case this Oxfam is well laid out as it has decent premises and enough space to show off the goods in a good way. There is a good variety of products including the normal clothes, shoes and bits and bobs that make good presents and bargain buys. However one of the best aspects about this Oxfam is its large book section. There are loads of books that have been donated by the public and have been carefully preserved and ordered by the helpful staff. This is almost like walking into a good bookshop as there is so much variety. However this does mean that the prices are higher than normal charity shops although it is still cheaper than buying the books new.
