The optician I saw was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly extremely competent. Excellent service and I'll be back for future eye tests.

Very poor service, been a customer for around 12 years with contact lenses and glasses, and had to go with someone else. Shame really as they were good. But staff on front desk need some training.

Been struggling with a eye problem and after previous optitans was doing nothing to help came here. So glad I did very friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to be able to help and after one appointment with the optitan I have finally been seen at the hospital and hopefully on my way to getting sorted
