We came down for a family wedding. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and the vegan breakfast was lovely. The hotel is also very close to town, within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Premier inn

Premier Inns can be a bit hit and miss and this one, just off the A55 at Holyhead, is definitely on target. Ben, the assistant manager, could not have been more helpful and because we needed a very quiet room he located us on the top floor, facing the sea. It was perfect. Unfortunately, the room was stuffy all night. It was not possible to adjust air con and the windows are sealed shut. Premier Inn claim that there is fresh air ventilation - but there isn't. This spoiled what should have been a perfect stay. The bed was comfortable and room impeccably clean. However, remember that it is Premier Inn tight when it comes to anything: no free packet of biscuits here! We had the meal deal - breakfast and dinner. Both were good and better than "pub grub". The service was first class. There is a large car park and the hotel is five minutes away from the ferry port. Don't expect the stay to be at bargain prices. We paid nearly £200 for a one night stay with meals.

Stayed the night before our ferry. Rooms clean. Small bar area and an area that serves food. Breakfast very good. Just outside town but suited our needs. Would stay here again. Value for money.would recommend

Perfect. We booked to stay here for 1 night and selected the meal deal. We found the staff very friendly. Our rooms were spotless. The evening meal was very good and the breakfast was excellent. It was only approximately 7 minutes from Holyhead port. Highly recommend.

Room was lovely and clean and both dinner and breakfast were great. The staff were absolutely excellent, extremely friendly and helpful and excellent with kids. My son is disabled and they went above and beyond to make his stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!

Quite abrupt, unfriendly people at check in, especially the lady with the lighter coloured hair. Check in was not allowed until 3pm and the ladies stayed "out of sight" till then. Any questions was met with "rolling of the eyes" . In contrast the young gentleman who served us in the restaurant and the two girls was very helpful and welcoming. We have stayed in plenty of Premier inns and wouldn't recommend this one. We did sleep well.

1) The bed was extremely squeaky resulting in a poor nights sleep which wasn?t ideal as we had a long journey ahead of us. We have often stayed in Premier Inns as we usually find them very comfortable and live up to the promise of a good nights sleep. Unfortunately it wasn?t to be on this occasion. If we had been staying for another night we would have asked for another room it was that bad. 2) We paid the extra £5 for the wifi upgrade which was poor at best with a speed of 10.1mb/sec and it said was up to 3 devices but wouldn?t let me join it. I actually at one point got 86mb/sec on the free wifi until that dropped out. I feel that people should only pay for the ultimate wifi service if they actually get a good service of 100mb/sec minimum and certainly more than the free wifi. 3) My husband order a beer but they didn?t have that and I ordered the bruschetta starter which was also unavailable. 4) We wanted to leave a tip for our waitress as she had been very good but didn?t have any cash with us. We asked to put the tip on the card but was told this wasn?t possible. In todays almost cashless society this is ludicrous. 5)The use of small squares of toilet paper instead of a toilet roll is another gripe as it was crammed in so hard it was actually difficult to get any out. 6) I also prefer a window that can be opened for fresh air and not have to rely on stale, recycled air from the cooling system.

We visited ahead of getting the ferry over to Dublin and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Staff were lovely and truly couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was excellently equipped & set up for us all, including travel cot, and was clean as a whistle. Air con available & everything easy to use. Dinner was a big surprise - absolutely delicious and great healthy kids options. Excellent service at all times. The hotel made our stay with young children really easy so can't thank you enough. Peaceful and enjoyable night.

This was a very comfortable friendly hotel. Staff were very attentive. The hotel was quiet during the night. The was a varied evening meal menu and the meal deal is very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel. Close to the main road for ease of touring around the area. Plenty of car parking spaces.

Hotel is well placed for the ferry port and is easily accessible. Quality of food was excellent. Stay spoiled by creaking bed meaning a poor nights sleep. This was reported in the morning to duty manager who advised we needed to contact Guest Relations. I was happy to do this

Cant fault location, rooms, staff. Downside was the evening food - make sure you book early and get seating. Nowhere nice to eat out in Holyhead in the evening, esp on the Sunday we stayed. So if just an overnight, sort out your meals first. Due to demand Kitchen ran out of some ingredients, avoid the Battered Cod (lidl reformed version)

Lovely staff. I have worked in hotels, cruise ships with airlines and as a corporate travel agent for years. Best staff I have come across is this place. Food is good and nothing is too much trouble for this place.

Easy to book, clean and comfortable and had a surprisingly good meal at attached restaurant. Staff friendly without being overbearing, helpful if you needed it. Was slightly expensive for one night but appreciated its down to demand and having stayed in neighbouring hotel/motels would choose this one each time

Prosecco and cake on arrival ! Well it was Coronation weekend after all, but what a lovely touch ! All the staff were wonderful , room comfy a very quiet nights sleep. We ate at the bar / restaurant , the food was top notch best restaurant quality I had Hoisin noodles with king prawns (fresh sliced red chillis) and chocolate brownie with ice cream all superb. Good selection of beers and nice wine. This place is worth stopping just for the food ! Plenty of parking easy to get to and enter ! Great !
