Have used this pharmacy numerous times since boots closed down and won't be again. I am an adult with autism and anxiety. Staff stand around gossiping and one female middle aged staff members poor attitude towards me caused me to have an anxiety attack.Go to the pharmacy near the hospital, much more efficient there.

I have spent most of today trying to get through to speak to the pharmacist, finally got through a few minutes ago, needed an email address to send a picture for advice and got cut off! So, back to not being able to get through!

It was a couple of months ago now my experience. At the Rowlands chemist. I went to collect the rest of my prescription only to find that 1 of the staff refused to give me what thay owed me she kept saying that I already had it and I didn't I told her if I had it I wudnt of had the slip thay gave my daughter to give me she kept saying you have had it I haven't had it I told her so I asked my daughter to go pick it up the nxt day as I needed it bcoz I didn't have any painkillers at all for 2days it was over the weekend any way my daughter went in when it was open handed them the slip she took it behind the counter and the women came back with my medication and gave it to her I find it disgusting how another person can do that she didn't even take the slip of me she looked at it n said that I already had it witch I didn't

Slow service, missing items, lost prescriptions. One of the pharmacists spent 15 minutes wondering around like he was lost trying to find my prescription for the younger lady to find it within 30 seconds and in the same place he looked twice. It's almost a danger to public health the with how slow they are.

This Chemist is atrocious! They now say 7 days for a repeat prescription....but it's usually 9 days. Went to pick up my Mother's Prescription on Friday Sept 25th. Got it home & 1 item was missing. Have arranged to change to a different Chemist. If I could give NO stars.....I would.

Visited here on numerous occasions and have also rang them, on each and every occasion they have been fantastic, friendly and enthusiastic.Like I tell the kids ?car parks of full of idiots? and that goes for some of their customers.A sincere thank you from me and my family for always being there and trying your hardest.
