Some of the kindest, most empathetic customer service you could imagine. I was having a very irritating technical issue with my booking, and I was given brilliant and patient help while we sorted the whole issue out. They never seemed annoyed to help, always happy to lend a hand. Utterly wonderful, should I be in Llanbradach again I'll be calling this hotel first.

Great food great staff great atmosphere family friendly public house with b+b ???Food & drinks: The wingfield Hotel sports bar and restaurant has got to one of thee nicest places I've visited with family and friends,the atmosphere is electric friendly and warm ,the service is unsapast second to none they can't do enough for you whilst you visit,the food is beautifully cooked and presented I would highly recommend the wingfield Hotel sports bar and restaurant ,a very family oriented place for all the family with great ales and sports TV well worth the visit ??

My grandchilds 13th birthday. The food was great, there were 12 of us and all meals came out together can't fault a thing. Thanks to All the staff for making it a good party.

Sunday lunch was shocking.Everyone except me got their food pretty quick. My two boys had cheese burger and chips but the chips weren't nice. I asked for mint sauce about 4 times for my mother and everyone's dinner was missing stuffing and Yorkshires. Eventually got my food but still missing stuffing and Yorkshires and the staff didn't know what to do.Not a good experience and WILL NOT RETURN.Food & drinks: Not good

Well where do i start, Firstly ive been coming to the Wingfield for many years regular for Sunday dinner, It was fantastic, The best around for quality and price, We went there this Sunday the dinners were different skimpy, Not in the stainless steel split dishes but on plates, The gravy was different and when i heard someone ask about it, The answer was its vegetarian gravy (yuck) The beef was tough where it was so tender you had a job to pick it up (Great for pensioners) , Its not like we were used to and I dont think we will be going back, Its sad its gone from the best sunday dinner in Caerphilly to a run of the mill sunday dinner, ive since learnt the regular chef who has been there years has left, So please Wingfield get him back before you lose It all, as a lot of Sunday diners also ate throughout the week as we did, IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE THE CHEF IS COOKING NOW PLEASE GET IN TOUCH, PS The service was still good

Overall, a solid Sunday Dinner offering a good selection of sizes, meats, veg, and a decent gravy that can always make or break even the best Sunday dinner. The one stand out for me was the mash potato, It was creamy and very tasty. On the other hand, it was missing a crucial part, a Yorkshire pudding!The service was prompt, and the food came quickly.It has its own car park and has plenty of room to sit large parties.Food ??????Price ????????Selection ????????Service ????????Seating ????????Atmosphere ??????Parking ??????????

Poor cooked dinner,think most veg was frozen,mash tasted like instant.Mens Toilets could have been cleaner,all in all bad experience. ?

There were 6 adults and three children. We were asked if we were ready for our main meals to which we replied yes. So they started to bring our food in dribs and drabs leaving the children until last and the food was burnt some was off putting on last night performance would not recommend
