Aaron upstairs in fridges/cookers was absolutely superb. Amazing customer service and goes above and beyond to help me and my mum with sizes for our oven that we weren?t sure on.Will be coming back to purchase from him, well done ?

I was hoping to buy a TV but after waiting by the TV's for 10 minutes nobody came to see if I needed any help (no one else was in the store). I did manage to finally capture a gent walking past, he answered one question and then he wondered off.

On the day of our visit, with the intention of purchasing a vacuum cleaner, we had to go hunting for a sales adviser. When we did eventually track one down, after waiting a while, we were informed that the item we wanted was unavailable in the warehouse, even though it was on display with a point of sale price ticket clearly displayed above it.Very little thought seems to have gone into the display stands of the vacuum cleaners. Many of the machines were displaying the wrong information behind them. During our visit, we noticed machines being examined and then put back in the wrong place, or a p.o.s. ticket being removed to check on stock availability, and then the ticket being put back in the wrong place.I would strongly recommend that anybody viewing the vacuum cleaners checks the model number on the machine against the model number specified on the p.o.s. ticket prior to purchasing.

Went in to look for large televisions, and the customer service was great from Andrew, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and understood what we liked and what device would beat suit us. Would recommend to anyone who knows a little or a lot about televisions, great customer service!

Fitting team absolutely rubbish. Can not fit TV to wall square. Online £135 fitting says they will fit any equipment I have . Didn't have drill bits small enough to fit soundbar to wall and did not connect satellite cable to TV . Asked Currys to send different team. Same team turned up. Told them to leave as they couldn't do the job . Currys floor manager on the day I went to complain backed the fitters and would not admit they were in wrong. Refund would have been better as I did it myself in an hour despite being handicaped. Never use them again. Untidy wiring hanging loose as well.

What a joke of a company!! Twice they have been to deliver and install my cooker, twice they have failed, hopeless system, staff are lovely but couldnt organise a piss up in a brewery!! Go elsewhere
