“SIMPLY EXCELLENT!!I was a little apprehensive on arrival as I was unsure which mattress I needed to purchase to suit my needs, its not a purchase you want to make a mistake with!I needn't have worried...Mike (Salesperson) greeted me & asked if I needed any help? after a chat about what I thought I needed Mike said lets get you sorted & said we will do a "sleep match" which basically means I lay on a bed after Mike had asked a few Q's & punched the details into the computer, I lay on this bed for 3 minutes & Hey Presto...confirmed I needed a firm mattress.Mike was extremly helpful, made me a coffee too! We discussed the price range & once Mike knew what I was looking for & guided me straight to the beds that would match my needs. Mike even supplied a pillow for me to use as I tried the mattresses.Honestly - an unexcxpected pleasant experience - Well Done Mike!!Would definitley shop here again in the future, happy customer awaiting my new bed.Happy Customer... “The location is alright, a diversion from clothing lines and fashion shops. The amount of products they want to put in the shop makes the shop look cramped. Staff are friendly, not impressed with product display on the day of visit.”

“Went here after a disaster with B&Q valspar premium paint. I was served by Christina who was extremely helpful despite my awkward requirements - she helped me work out the right colour and explained everything very well - the colour looks great in the light of the room. The Dulux paint also worked out cheaper than B&Q by £6 per tin and the quality is far superior. Lesson learned - next time I will go straight to Dulux!”

The room, a superior with a sea view, was spot on, and the breakfast and evening meal were both delicious. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotels location is nothing short of perfect. This was our fifth time staying here, and am very pleased to say, we will be staying again.”
