Excellent customer service, Mark was really patient with me, especially my mother as the whole point of my visit to Dreams was to get a nice bed for her in her senior years. Definitely will return and ask for Mark again for any advice on beds and accessories

Bought a mattress today at dreams Llanelli, didn't get the young lady's name (edit: bayleigh)who was very personable and attentive, 12/10 for customer service being exceptional, pleasure to shop here...oh I'm the one who suggested you require a pay rise to your manageress!

Timothy in the Llanelli store was really knowledgeable about their stock. He greeted us in a really friendly way. We tried out the sleep match which was great and some lovely pillows when trying the mattresses. We were offered a drink when going through to our order and overall found the service really attentive.
