Not happy. Your google listing says you close at 5pm, I made my way to the branch, its a 25min drive, got to you at 4.10pm, only to see on the door, its 4pm closing, so I took my 25min drive home - after walking through town from the car park rather than self isolating - come on guys - make an effort. But also, please stay safe

Shocking . Went to lllanelli branch get some cash out . Right away had a young lad (Ricky Martin wanabe) with a sticking attatude. Said to him what's with the attitude, well even more lip fromantic him , been a santander customer for 13 years , shocking behaviour.

Moved to Santander for our business account after being with a different bank for 20 years. The business tariff is great, where other banks are charging stilly amounts Santander keeps it realistic. David our business account manager is fantastic and will always help with anything
