I put my slk in for a gearbox and engine oil change which was done at a fair price, considering how much MB charge.The mechanics sent me a video of the underside of the car, showing parts that had corroded over time. I did not expect this service and sure this should have been picked up on the last MOT. I went into the workshop which was spotless considering the amount of vehicles in there, to see what a couple of issues needed to be resolved on the car. I was given the option of repairing or replacing and every time there is an accurate pricing for the jobs needed. Great friendly and knowledgeable team.

This was the first time I had used Euro Performance as I live 150 miles away. However having researched them, confirmed they were a Member of the RMI and now having used them it was definitely worth the journey and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Despite being 12 years old, its important to us that our campervan is in tip top mechanical condition when we are travelling abroad. Having been an auto and truck mechanic as well as a VOSA examiner myself for many years and having inspected the repair, I can confirm the repair was carried out fully as described, all parts claimed changed have been and nothing was refitted badly or incorrectly. Reception was also a pleasure to deal with, no patronizing and also writing down all my symptom comments as experienced rather than just a few notes or putting their own spin on things. Great teamwork.

Excellent and professional service with a positive outcome. Explained the procedure clearly with video attached as to pinpoint the problem. Very happy with service and would use them again. Nice touch with the complimentary car wash.

Best-run garage I have ever come across in 50+ years. Uncompromising standards. Booked my car in for a service last week. They rang to say I didn't need one until next Spring - but they washed and vacuumed my car anyway (free)! Book early, as they say - very popular.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great garage, diagnostic done and technician videos sent to my phone of the problems I was having with my Audi TT. With detailed bills of the parts to be fixed if I wanted to. Very professional and helpful, had a number of issues repaired and the car is running great now. Will definitely use in the future if needed and would recommend this garage to family and friends.

Outstanding garage. I've been using Europerformance for 10+ years and wouldn't take my Audi anywhere else. Attention to detail, friendly and very professional. The level of service from Gareth and the team is easily as good as a main dealer (I'd argue better) and at a better price. They take a pride in their workmanship and it shows, always keeping you informed of any issues and costs - it didn't go unnoticed that when they sent me a video of my vehicle showing me a fault, as the camera panned, I spotted a protective covering on the steering wheel as well as the seat - such is the level of care and attention, no matter how old the vehicle. I would 100% recommend this garage to anyone and I've used them long enough to know. You can safely bring your car here, knowing that you're going to get a knowledgeable and honest service, particularly German marques.

Had a malfunctioning chip on my audi a6 from a previous owner. Took it to a local garage and an Audi dealer who failed to fix the issue. Gareth at Euro Performance identified and rectified the fault, installed an upgrade leaving me with a car that is a dream to drive. I recently had an issue with my Audi where the bottom pulley was no longer driving the fan belt. I requested for the AA to take the car to Euro Performance as I had previously had the cam belt changed there and their knowledge and service was superb.The car's issue was diagnosed very quickly with a nice video to show the issue, the parts were ordered and the car was fixed the same day much to my delight which I wasn't expecting.Upon collection of the car, the technician, Shaun showed me the faulty parts removed from the car and explained clearly what had happened which was great.The service from start to finish from speaking with Karla to collecting the car from Gareth was first class, I can't recommend this garage enough.The car was also cleaned inside and out to a high standard and the complimentary air freshener smells great too!

Very efficient and professional, booked my Mini in for MOT and service. Was later informed service was not due, so not carried out. Not all garages in my experience would have done that. Would highly recommend .
