I'd like to say a big thank you to Tim who fits all the blinds at Hepworth for going above and beyond to fit our roller blinds and perfect fit blinds.Tim knew I had been waiting along time for the blinds as we spoke about it when he fitted the first set on Tuesday. I was missing one set of blind due to the material not being ready.On his way home from a busy day in England time went out of his way to come and fit the last remaining blinds in the dressing room area. I can't thank you enough for making me happy with the blinds and also going out your way to make a customer happy?Very polite, friendly and clean ( takes his shoes off and all rubbish away with him ) gentleman. Highly recommend Tim.He's an assets to your company!Thank you so much.

I ordered and was told they'd be ready in 2 weeks. I rang 2 weeks later to ask where they were to be told they would not be ready for another 3 weeks. I really wouldn't have minded if they'd rang a few days later to inform me. If this is their customer care pre ordering what would it be like post installation. ,I've chosen to go elsewhere and got an instant refund for the full amount I'd paid upfront

Tim did an amazing job fitting all my blinds on my new build. Very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend anyone looking for blinds to use this company. They have been amazing throughout.

We have just had a retractable roof blind fitted. Service was excellent. Company travelled twice all the way down to our home in south west wales near Carmarthen - firstly for a measuring and then for fitting. We are very pleased with the outcome. The product is of great quality and the customer service was great. Good value for money. We would highly recommend. Many thanks guy

I've had a roller blind fitted on my kitchen window and a perfect fit blind fitted on my kitchen door. Excellent service throughout with Karen helping me choose the perfect style and ftter Tim was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and very clean and tidy. The whole process with Hepworth has been efficient and amazing! They are lovely to deal with.We have had shutters placed on nearly all windows in the house now and yesterday they came back to do our patio doors, kitchen windows and our baby room.They look stunning!!!The shutters are easy to look after, fitted perfectly and look beautiful.Dai and Tim did both of our fittings and they have done an amazing job! They are also such lovely people! They took their time to ensure everything was perfect and they cleaned up after themselves.We now have 2 bathroom windows and a utility left- will 100% go back with them again!Thank yoi!

Had a problem with the motor on one of our blinds. Hepworth explained how to dismantle it and bring it into the shop. Fixed within 2 hours. Great service and pleasant staff

Ordered solar blinds from Hepworth Blinds Pontyclun, to keep out the cold this winter. Shop helped us choose the right blind, staff pleasant and helpful. Expertly installed by fitter Tim, who did an excellent job, polite and knowledgeable and a credit to Hepworth Blinds. Can definitely recommend this service. Had three shutters fitted today by Tim and Stacey. I cant fault the service I've received from the initial consultation with Karen to todays visit for fitting.
