Went today and bought a pair of trainers. I tried on the demo pair and asked for a size 4 went to pay the cashier confirmed size 4 come home to two right shoes. Very annoying as I now need to drive back (over 30mins) to get the left shoe. I also tried to call to confirm new year's opening times to the phone being put down many times.Hopefully won't have any issues returning them?

Great new shop. Loads of parking. We went to get some trainers for me and my daughters. The guy that helped us was amazing, so helpful and cheery.Didn't have much time to look round everything so will be back next time we're in Wales ???????

A nice store, we took the stairs going in, a nice little workout for the legs, there is an escalator and a lift though. There's a good selection of stock to look at. It wasn't too busy when we were there.

Rubbish service Fri evening! I bought some trainers. Once home I went to wrap them to give as a gift to my granddaughter (sat) I thought I would check there wasn?t any price tag inside and the trainers were different colours! Really ! Thankfully had a better service in Pontypridd! Apparently No. 1 rule is always check the shoes match !
